Ticket in the buyer's nameA national ID is required to buy, and your name is printed on the ticket.
Up to 4 tickets per personPer showtime, to prevent bulk buying.
Entry with a rotating QRThe entry code in “My tickets” changes every 30 seconds; screenshots are not accepted.
Transfers to friends allowedBy mobile number; the old ticket is voided and a new one issued.
Resale on the official market onlyAt most 10% above the original price.

How do I receive my ticket?
Your ticket is issued in “My tickets” right after payment. At the door, show the rotating QR on that page — no printing needed.
Why is a national ID required?
Each ticket is issued in the buyer's name so bulk buying and scalping don't pay. Your ID is verified only once.
What if I can't make it?
List it on the official resale market; once it sells, your ticket is voided and a new one is issued to the buyer.
What if the showtime is cancelled?
The full ticket price goes back to your wallet or account, and we'll text you.
